Jamie has been in sales and client engagement for 13 years across multiple industries. His thirst for knowledge kept him learning and improving until he transitioned into a trainer role working with successful recruitment companies both in-house and as an external provider. As a minimalist, his focus lies in two areas: Performance Coaching helping consultants overcome their fears and limitations, as well as Sales Coaching, providing a mix of persuasion and influence classroom training and desk based coaching to help both newbies and veterans make demonstrable improvements. His sessions are fun and engaging and people always leave knowing more than they did before and with a newfound sense of self-belief.
